Mounting depth in doors vs speaker depth

So, I currently have a pair of Polk Audio 6.5" speakers (shallow mount depth) in the door because I could not seem to fit anything else due to depth issues.

Default Mounting depth in doors vs speaker depth

Is there somewhere that sells a speaker spacer so that you can fit Hertz Hi-Energy HCX 165 speakers in the doors? I could not find anything that I figured would fit well with them. Without spacers, the Hertz speaker magnet hits the metal frame of the window slide inside the door.
