I have only had my car for a few weeks now and my only problem was road noise....maybe I am just picky. After much discussion with many saying it would not help I installed hushmat in the rear hatch area of the car and added some to door panels when I upgraded speakers. I am blown away at the difference...especially when added to doors. I can honestly say road and exhaust noise is cut in half...the car is soo much more comfortable to drive longer distances. I will list upgrades I have done so far.
Upgraded HU. Kenwood ddx719 Alpine 500x1. Mono amp ...driving JL Audio 8inch sub Infinity kappa 6.5 doors Alpine 300x4 for front speakers 15 sheets hushmat I am extremely pleased with it. My eyes are now drifting to under the hood. |
