I have worried about Blue Tooth quality as well. I have been lucky with the two last decks I have owned. I have had several people say that cant tell I am using hands free.
I am sorry you are having problems. It just might be the mic, is there a way to change it out? See if your phone has a update or maybe the deck. I would try everything! Is this the original Deck? If so, then it has to be the phone. Try to find if there is a software update for the phone. |
