Steering wheel controls for AVIC-X930BT
 

I just had this head unit installed at best buy (They scratched my factory head unit and gave me a credit for this)

The steering wheel controls however only work with the up and down and source buttons. I am told by Best Buy they can only have the 3 buttons work and not all 6.

The standard volume control does nothing. If this correct or can they all be made to work?

Than can get them all to work if they know what wires to use. Whether it is the pac or the axxess both will control ALL the buttons except the phone pickup and hangup.

Any idea where I could get this information for them?

They are working on it as I type this.

SWC sticky at the top of this forum. Metra's website has the instructions to make it work as does pac-audio's website. They have internet access in the bay so there is no reason for them to be unsuccessful at this.
