I purchased a new Navigation Deck for my 370Z, Crutchfield mentioned that my back speakers wouldn't function and I would need new wires, It this so shouldn't all that be

And also can I get a link on how to remove a stock 370z radio. Also a link to purchase the wires needed to still use my steering wheel controls for this new deck.
