Who can tell me where to buy this?

Does anyone know where to buy this housing for the rear speakers that I have pictured? The guy with this system is not responding.

You have to make it, you can not just order them. Usually fiberglass.

I will be making a DIY as I am making a set for a customer. Should have the thread up by the beginning of next month.

So this is what you were talking about big. This is an acceptable spot for mids like this? Figured back behind the seat like this wouldn't be very efficient? Thanks.

Especially if you or someone else wants to recline the seat back at all...

I just figured it would bounce off the seats behind you and it wouldn't be that great of a position staging wise?

I might not know wth I am talking about though... it's possible.

These are a coax speaker, not a mid, for those that like A LOT of rear fill...i wouldn't waste my time, but thats just me.

The sounds is going to get really muffled being stuck behind the passenger/driver seat and the rear bar. A better placement might be on the other side of the rear bar before the rear strut well. Angled towards the center of the rear bumper.

The best thing for stage is to not put speakers in the rear at all...

I am the same for rear fill HOWEVER everyone is not like me and some need rear fill. So there is the small speakers or you can go custom and go something like this.

There would be some reflecting however it would eventually get to you.

Never had a problem with it. Helps the sound envelop you, it's nicer that way.
