Hi Guys,i understand some "Z" is sold in the U.S. without spare tyre,i wonder how the Bose woofer would fit without the spare tyre.?Is there an option part to buy,i

Hi Guys,i understand some "Z" is sold in the U.S. without spare tyre,i wonder how the Bose woofer would fit without the spare tyre.?Is there an option part to buy,i hate my spare tyre,extra weight,thought of removing it,but cannot fit my woofer W/O. it,thanks.

Dude, first of all why would you need a spare tire with a sports car? you're gonna call a towing truck anyway if it breaks down. Remove the spare tire at once and install a decent sub in there.

Check this out 10" sub in spare tire!

The 370z does come with a spare tire in the US, however some choose to remove it in place of a sub. I on the other hand recommend keeping the spare just in case.

If you want to remove the tire and keep the sub then you can cut a piece of pvc pipe the approximate height of the tire and place sub ontop and screw it down into the floorpan like normal. It's kind of ghetto but should work. I agree replacing the tire with a sub would sound soooo much better.

It is very ugly,does Nissan sell an option part to replace the spare tyre.??
