I doubt they will do it cause they would've announced it by now...
It would be great if they suprise us or something cause I think that's a huge +
I'm hoping the navi trim is around 2200!

it wouldn't be as integrated as an OEM system, but if there is an external input for the NAV screen, a back-up camera would not be difficult to add in principle.

I've never owned a Z, so if you get base, what would you put in that pocket anyway? A gun, some weed, condoms... what?

I can't stand sitting on my wallet, so I throw that in there. I've also got my iPod hookup routed into that pocket as well.

I assume Metra or another aftermarket company will make a dash kit to fix the "issue."

Okay I'm a little confused.
You only get the screen if you get the navi package?
I thought you can get the screen if you get the touring but it just doesn't have navigation like the G37's.

I think that's correct. You only get the screen if you opt for Navi Package.

Well, Logik, get a base Z and add a screen and speakers. Its cheaper than getting the touring + gps.

I'm struggling to decide whether to get the navi in my touring or not...I think i may...

although if they eventually come out with a dash mod to fit an aftermarket navi in there and the bose system is already in place...then i will wait for that... good thinking me...

How do we install aftermarket navi for touring audio? There is no box shape to replace it with aftermarket navi..

i think if you plan on replacing the HU the base is your best option. with the touring they integrate more stuff like bluetooth and a/c controls into the headunit so its almost impossible to replace.

i actually think its pretty cool of nissan to have multiple consoles and one that is perfectly configured to accept a replacement. most consoles these days its a huge pain to replace anything.

Not in the place of the stock radio, but you should be able to put it in the cubby hole, I think the door would be in the way though.
