NismoGT's Audio Install - iPad & Sundown Audio :)
Hi Guys,
I do a lot of research on this site but never post anything. Anywho, I am in the process of installing a new audio system in the car. The plan is for all new components and in iPad molded in the dash. The reason I am going for an iPad is because, not only can you play music and videos, you can navigate with it amongst the multitude of other apps/features. Can you say OBD-II diag?! Who knows what else?? The 3G model has assisted GPS that the regular WiFi model does not. I will be using an NuForce Icon iDo Digital-to-Analog converter for an audiophile-grade output from the iPad. It also has a digital coaxial. Audio gear lineup: Image Dynamics CTX65CS Components (1 set), Sundown SAZ-1000D Mono Block Amp (x1), Sundown Audio SAX-125.2 2-Channel Amp (x1), Sundown Audio SA-8 D4 (x2). I will be getting the iPad after I get things squared away with this new house. I will write more later on tonight. Cya
