Advice on stock speaker replacement

Sorry...i should have wrote my original question when i bumped this thread...see below. Id like to change out my stock door speakers and tweeters with new ones. Anyone have suggestions

Id like to change out my stock door speakers and tweeters with new ones. Anyone have suggestions on brands / models? Also, do I need an AMP? I have a Pioneer Nav/multimedia head unit (AVIC-Z110Bt). (Came with the car so i dont know much about it..like if its a good model or not). The manual says it has 22W4 RMS and 50w 4 Max power output. Thanks in advance!
