Pioneer Install not so good...Questions?

Using the yellow,green, black for the parking brake bypass for the DVD and to ground. Question..can you cut off all the unused RCA cables not being used? Also help on the overall wiring would be great if anything is wrong. If anyone has any pics of their wiring on the back, it would be great. Things we are installing are the 130BT, Axxess Steering, Pioneer XM, and Kenwood backup camera. From looking at the above pic, please let me know including the new harness coming in. Very much appreciate help to finish...right.
