Anyone got any ideas on how to improve the sound of the handsfree phone? I have no trouble hearing but people tell me that they often have trouble hearing me...I

I have no trouble hearing but people tell me that they often have trouble hearing me...I keep the windows up as I talk but I wondered if there is something else I can to to make it better.. Thanks
