New Speaker wires?

OK, if I upgrade the HU (Alpine W910) and just upgrade the door speakers to Polk Audio Coaxials (651's?) will I be able to use the OEM speaker wires? I

OK, if I upgrade the HU (Alpine W910) and just upgrade the door speakers to Polk Audio Coaxials (651's?) will I be able to use the OEM speaker wires? I understand the Component 6501's will be nicer, but I'm not an audiophile by any means... Sorry, did a search and couldn't find a clear answer...
