iTouch bug?
I noticed that during an extended weekend trip last week I had some trouble with the iPod interface on the nav unit. I have an iTouch, which works fine under normal use. I would select an artist, then an album and play through it. However, when I used the back button to go up a level to select another album, the interface would back me up to the next higher level but lock me out of selecting anything else. Pushing enter or touching the option would have no effect. After trying it several times, it would come up with an error message ("No audio input") and freeze the interface screen. I could still toggle through the source select and get back to the iPod interface and all would be well once again (without having to unplug the iTouch or manipulate it in any way). This would happen approximately 33% of the time.
I'm just not sure if there's a defective cable or an issue with the software on the nav unit. I don't think it's my iTouch, since I was able to continue to control the iTouch directly after the nav unit froze up. Any thoughts?
