I'm not sure but the service manual shows a Heater Relay in that area for the heated seats. Is this a touring or base?

I can't tell from this if its pointing to that same area or right below it.

my car is a base/sport and I installed the touring seats 1-2 weeks ago. The power was there for the seats. Also there is power under where the heated switches go, but I need to check if the relay is there. Question I have is, why wouldn't that relay be there if I have power into the console switches.

I haven't ordered the heated switches yet but I will soon and report back if the heated seats work or if I need to add that relay.

My car is a base, so I don't think that would be for heated seats.

You should go the extra mile and trace out where that wire goes to, I'll give you
a rep point for it.
