this was the one thing I saw make a huge difference for some people. If there is a lot of loose "crap" on the roads you drive, a rubberized coating on the wheel liner is huge, plus it helps with the annoying low speed rock plinking.
FWIW, I never needed any coating on my car, and 95% of the time I was able to make calls without complaint from the listening party.
