I did not use them in the install however I am using one in a sub install in a VW in a few weeks will let you know how it turns out.

No they run cool, these and class d's run very cool class a/b amps run hotter but produce cleaner SQ

So the 300w would be for the subs and the 75w for the smaller speakers?

yes, but i believe the amp is not bridgeable so you would be losing 2 channels unless you have rear speakers

your right, the mono is for one channel and the 4 ch. can NOT be bridged or run at 2 ohms. however most Rockford Comp sets can be Bi-amped, so you can run a 4 ch on just the fronts, and use the whole amp.

The mono ones are only made for subs, as for their speakers I would go to another brand.
