Try moving the ground to one of the four holes that surround the shift knob.
Also is this a bose system? Any amps installed? |
I dont have bose...but they said the car has a stock amp?
|
You mean the holes that are Bolts ? that hold the whole shifter?
|
thats why i got the harness thats for pre amped cars..

Brother, I know about Car Audio, Im not a God like yourself, but Im very very good. |
the blue wire needs 12v to power the antenna booster on the Z. i just tapped it to the remote blue/white power wire on my setup.
|
so connect it to the blue/white wire?
|
The wires should be one for one, meaning..from the headunit to the aftermarket harness that plugs into your factory harness (so that you dont have to cut and splice into your factory wiring). They should match up color for color, 95% of the time.
I forgot to mention, I accept eRep all day, 24/7, 365. |

Ill try to find that wire hopefully hahaa..the blue wire of the antenna goes to the blue/white wire thats connected with the harness. correct?
|
You should post up pics of what you got (wiring wise) so we can point out and explain what you need to do. Just a thought.
