i was the s&i for circuit city back in the day, and we used to get cars all the time from bb and audioexpress (a local discount hackshop) with fried BCM's and visible signs of burnt wiring behind the dash from poor installs. its a shame that bb treated these ppl this way. im sure they are set up like we were where its just a claim that gets made through a 3rd party ins co, and all gets taken care of. not always the easiest referral to corporate to make, but beats the alternative of a shitty write up by the consumer and all the negative attention and talk being made now about it....
