What is the reason you don't want to change the HU? I would highly recommend changing it. If it's aesthetics, there are two very nice options: The clarion CX501 and the CX609.

Look at the kenwood DPX308U, most head units now you can make the buttons and display color match your stock colors.
Metra axxess will allow you to keep steering wheel controls. Any new head unit, will make your stock speakers sound better. however going with the polk db's would even be better.

Check out the Pioneer Avic-z130bt. You can change the color of the buttons to match the factory colors. DVD, MP3, SD memory, Navi, Ipod, etc, this unit has it all on a nice 7" screen.
This is what I have in my car and I love it every time I'm in my car. |

What about this headunit? Pioneer AVH-P4300DVD In-Dash Video Receivers (With Screen) at Onlinecarstereo.com A lot of members here have this one, and it seems to have all the features you wanted... IMO its a good bang for for the bucks |
