Not sure I would be down with paying half to a person who doesn't have a business license.
I understand you have to cover your ***, but for someone who doesn't know you personally, they have to cover theirs too, you know? IMO (if you haven't already), get licensed, bonded, and insured if you want to start taking deposits. Trust has to go both ways.
