I know some (all?) of the JVC head units have removeable faceplates, so you can actually pop the LCD right off when you go. I really really like this feature, and it's the one thing that's keeping me from buying a Kenwood w/Garmin navigation. I can't seem to find any other head units (nav or AV) that are double din and have a removable face or other theft-deterrent feature like that. Does anyone know of any others or would I be stuck with the JVC units? The problem with the JVC is they only have 2V pre-outs so I won't be able to use my Bose amp.
