The re-q is find for adding a sub to your system and just the re-q no need for the re-q5 unless you are adding speakers later on.
As for the audio control, that is a lot more tuning than is needed for a sub install. Plus the re-q is way better than using just a crappy LOC. So IMO OP the re-q will work nicely without any problems and will be easier to operate and install. As for 1 10 that is fine for blending with the bose system if you go with two you may over power yourself with bass and may end up having to upgrade your speakers because of it.
