Factory Nav Destination by GPS Coordinates

Newbie question - Is it possible to input a destination by GPS coordinates with the factory nav system?

I've looked through the manual once, and am now on my second review, and I can't find anything. That's not to say I'm missing it.

I can do it on my portable Garmin and with my factory Toyota Nav system.
