SiriusXM and military personnel being deployed
 

Something not volunteered by SiriusXM......... If you are in the United States Military and get deployed, SiriusXM if you call them, will lets say work with you... they will allow you to either place your SiriusXM subscription on hold for up to 3 months or let you suspend it from a given date and they will give your account $ credit for your remaining subscription. This $ credit you can use when you start up your subscription when you get back. I don't remember the specifics but do know enough to call SiriusXM prior to your deployment and work out something with them.

Reminder.... never give your charge card number to SiriusXM. Tell them to bill you and then go online and pay the bill. You are at their mercy once they have your charge card number. Do know they charge you $2.00 to be billed versus giving them your charge card number. Don't believe any SiriusXM rep that tells you it is mandatory for you to use your charge card.

If you tell them you lost your job the will put your account on hold for up to 1 year,both XM,Sirius will do this.
