I'm pretty sure the aux in is attenuated so you don't blow it put, whicheams you are probably never gonna be happy using it. Snag an integration kit and you should be good.

AUX connections will never carry the signal as well as cds and usb connections. doesnt matter if youre plugging in an ipod or a laptop
