phone connection problems. advice please..

2011 touring model with sport package. my wife & I have the same phone, verizon GZone,I have the Boulder, she has the Rock. My phone works just as it should, no problems. My wifes phone will connect ,but 10 seconds later will automaticly dissconnect. tried another bluetooth device on her phone and all works fine. both phone have the same settings, but can't figure this one out, any help would be greatly appreciated...Ro
