Thanks for the reply, bigaudiofanat. You wouldn't happen to know where to tap into the reverse signal that's closer to the dash, would you? According to the installation manual for the avic, both the reverse and speed signal help in the nav accuracy. I would have gotten a reverse camera, but I didn't wanna tear the interior down just to route cables to the back. I'd hate to tear it down just to hook up the reverse signal. I might do it later down the line.
