I have just purchased a 2009 370 and would like to install a Nav system Any suggestions?

Or Copilot HD or Navigon... you have to get a 3G iPad to have GPS built-in, but a used IPad 1 would work fine.

If it's a 3G iPad (with cellular), it will work very, very well as a navigation tool. Turn-by-turn, voice, traffic....all that stuff. It needs to be the 3G model because that's the one with the built in GPS chips, and it uses the cellular service to update the maps. I have been completely satisfied, in fact amazed, with MotionX Drive HD, but there are other apps out there that work as well. I have the same app (minus the HD) for my iPhone. That one is free IIRC, and the $20/year I pay for the voice feature can be used on either device (not both at the same time). I like the big screen capability of the iPad for that, but the iPhone works just as well in a pinch.
