New harness for aftermarket install
If you have a bose system and want to upgrade the head unit you no longer have to use the pac unit and wire up 8 different wires to wire it in with the bose system.
Now the plug and play unit plugs right into your rca jacks of your new unit that is it! Nissan/Subaru Receiver Wire Harness For select 2007-up Nissan and 2010-up Subaru models at Crutchfield.com

I used one like that on my 350 with Bose. The only issue that I ran into was a hum when there was no music playing. Due to the weird Bose resistance.

It sends a low level output to your bose amp.

I never heard of that making much of a differences going to an amp even a bose amp at that. I think you would be either way.

It may of been available for other cars however it has been confirmed that it does work with the 370z. BEFORE we had to use a pac low freq device to lower the output of a new head unit to the bose system such as used which I did toxik's install. This was not available at that time last year.

if you plan to use the rest of the bose system, then yes. if you plan on wiring new speaker wires then no.
make sure you buy a HU with pre-amp output of at least 4V. otherwise your signal is too soft to run the bose amps. pioneer's my choice for HU as they have 4V pre-amp outs. |

Yes I'm planning to use the rest of the bose system. Thinking about picking up the Kenwood DNX-7120 that's up for sale in the classified section. Will that work fine?
