Default Need Opinions on setup

Keep in mind this is going in a 2010 Touring (w/ bose)

This is my new enclosure.

I have a mtx req & 4 gauge wiring kit enroute.

I have to pick out a good amp and sub. components and head unit will have to come at a later time

I really like the alpine amps for the small size & quality

WoofersEtc.com - PDX-M6 - Alpine Monoblock 600 Watt Amplifier

And I want to do Image Dynamics for the Sub

WoofersEtc.com - ID12D4 V.3 - Image Dynamics 12" Dual 4 Ohm V.3 Subwoofer

Opinions? Suggestions?

I like, however i would go with the ID Q over the lower end for a better overall sound.

If the better one fits in the box, it looks like it might drop down close behind the sub, see how much depth you have in the box before ordering a sub.

I received the box today. I had not had a chance to take any measurements. Will try to see what it measures out to be tomorrow.

I am kinda concerned about the airspace. From what I have found out, the space on my new box is about 1.3 cubic feet. Here are the specs on the IDQ

http://www.woofersetc.com/p-6224-idq...subwoofer.aspx

RE: .9/3.6 Ohms
FS: 26Hz
QES: .437
QMS: 2.806
QTS: .374
VAS: 3.0 cuft
Xmax: 18 mm
SD: 519.45 cm2
SPL: 87.22 dB
Recommended Enclosure Size (sealed box): 0.65-1.0 Cu.ft
Mounting Depth: 5.8"
Mounting Diameter: 11"
Power Handling: 50-750 Watts RMS
XMax: 17.0mm
Sealed ft3: 0.90
Ported ft3: 1.50

I am also trying to figure out if I should do 2 Ohm or 4 Ohm on the Subwoofer. And what would my best way of wiring the voice coils should be. Any Advice?

Again looking for best sound quality over teeth rattling bass.

with that amp you'll want to end up at 2 ohms. as for air space, you can always make the box smaller with some MDF inside...
