I have an 09 370z touring, I use my ipod through the nav unit but i have 1000 plus songs and it takes forever to reach a song midway through

I have an 09 370z touring, I use my ipod through the nav unit but i have 1000 plus songs and it takes forever to reach a song midway through the alphabet, is there a quicker way, like and A-Z search?
