Default Nissan 370z Touring + Sport + Nav Aftermarket Install.

Nissan 370z Touring + Sport + Nav Aftermarket Install. Yea, I know, i know.... "There are alot of threads already here, use the search button" But actually There are some questions of mine thsat are not answered...

1) If i get the Nissan 370z Touring + Sport + Nav, How would i be able to install a single din with DVD player and hook it up to the nav? is this possible? (There are single din's that support DVD output)

2) Where can i find the dash kit for the bose? I dont think one exists but can someone help me out?

3) Let's Say i decide to keep the Bose HU, and i want to replace the speaker's, sub's tweet's etc, How would the sound come out better? The sub i have is a Kicker L7 12" 1500 Watts. In a Vented Box Or would it still be crappy, Is there a way to fix the crappy ness?

4) i dont mind having 2 LCD's. One is the Navigation, Other i can install a 2 din kenwood or something. In the image below, (circled in red) that is the A/C. is it seperate from the inside or is the Bose HU & A/C unit one big piece from the inside?????

If its one big piece, Is their some aftermarket type of A/C Assembly or something??? (i hope you understand what i am trying to sayy)

P.S. Sorry for the long post.....

You would need a whole base dash kit from your nissan dealer.

You want better sound replace ALL the bose not peices. D not try to use the speakers with a after market unit.

Sorry for the straight reply short on time. there are a lot of threads asking about going after market from base bose.

I don't think it's possible. Looking at the diagrams in the service manual it seems the navigation system is integrated into one unit with the bose system. All the controls and nav display are all connected to that one AV control unit, which is directly behind the audio controls in the dash.

You would have to just upgrade the speakers/amp which shouldn't be an issue and sound quality will be much better. Just get something like the Mtx Re-Q or JL Cleansweep to get a clean signal from the stock headunit and connect your new amps / speakers to that.
