factory stereo problem
 

This has happened twice now and I'm thinking I may have to go into the dealership to have them look at it. I'll be driving along and the stereo will go out. The first time it happened and only the right side went out. Today i was driving and as soon as i parked the whole stereo went out and came back on in about 2 minutes. I cant find any loose wiring. It was raining both times that this happened. I only have the base model stereo, but has anyone else experienced this?

yes, you better take it back to the dealer. i have not experienced this.

Negative. My base stereo plays fine. Take it to your dealer ASAP. BTW, is it base or bose stereo?

I wish it were a bose, I had one in my 350 and had no complaints but, it's a base stereo. Thanks AK, I will take it in this week and follow up.
