There are a couple of threads about this around the forum. The one I followed is here Nav/Dvd hack for 2010.
Make sure you scroll down some and read all the posts. The 2010-11 models are different from the 2009's. There are some good pics of the 2010 connectors and wire colors about half way down the page.
