Need help with audio setup.

Sorry to keep buging you guys but this is not as easy as I thought it would be. So I mounted the amp under the passenger seat and tried using

So I mounted the amp under the passenger seat and tried using velcro to keep it in place, but it's not working. I want to know how you usually mount amp in that area, also is there a certain way that you tune the amp?
