Amp Ground

I am mounting my amp under my passenger side seat. Does anyone have any suggestions on a good place to ground it ? I prefer not to ground it to

Does anyone have any suggestions on a good place to ground it ? I prefer not to ground it to the seat bolts unless I have no other option. Just trying to get it figured out before I start tonight.
