DNX6980 Does Not.

But DNX7180 Does have the capability.

Let me know if you want one I will honor the same preorder deal.

Does anyone have it on their 370Z?

Just curious to find out if anyone has fitted it. Also can the functions work with the stock touring steering wheel button, i.e. bluetooth phone accept call, source, back, etc.

Also, did anyone install it where the center storage box is located? I find it pointless having a navigation unit where the stock Bose HU is, because you'd have to stare down at the GPS and not on the road.

I am also curious if anybody has installed the screen in the cubby hole? I am interested in this receiver, but am not looking to install one until around March. What are the chances Kenwood releases a newer model by then?

That unit is Badass!

New Kenwood model will be shown in JANUARY BUT YOU MOST LIKELY WILL NOT SEE THEM UNTIL April May.

I'm pretty new to this forum. I had the 9980 installed in my car a few weeks back...first I had them put in the 6980, but I thought the screen was too small and like the other forumite said, its stupid to be looking down while you're driving. I agree. The installer said there was no way to install in the cubby box..I ended up getting the 9980 and the screen is much bigger and looking down is now much less of a distraction...however, the stereo is so high tech that just adjusting things could take your eyes off the road long enough to cause an accident....It took a day or two but they did get all of the steering control functions to work...I need to put a subwoofer in the trunk any ideas? Its a roadster, I want to keep my spare and I need to keep my golf clubs in there too...

Im thinking the same thing, the stereo is pretty low to be trying to use the Navigation, it kinda makes me like using a stand alone GPS unit on the windshield.

What do you expect will be changed? I am thinking of upgrading my HU but can probably hold off if there is something good in store...

Can't wait to hear the details on the new unit. Hopefully a higher resolution and faster load times.
