installing a used bose on base model?

Hi guys,

Im considering buying a used bose system from someone here, who is replacing their bose with aftermarket. I currently have the base model. Im wondering and asking before hand what im about to get myself into. Will it be as easy as plugging it in with the preexisting plugs from the base model's unit.

ONe more question is, are the wires already run to the back seakers in the base system?

Please let me know, if this is as easy as im hoping, considering I get the complete bose unit, bose amp, and bose speakers all in one package deal.

WHY? the stock Bose system sucks! You would be much happier with an aftermarket deck and a good set of component speakers.
