Rear Speaker Mulfunction

So i got my car with 4k miles on it from the original owner and the rear speakers dont work??? i went to the settings and put it on rear only and no sound comes out at all. I was thinking i can take it to the dealership since it only has like 5500k miles on it unless its a simple fix. Any advise would be great thanks!

I am not to sure about your setup, but the nismo doesn't have rear speakers I believe. Only the touring with the Bose system has them. nismo and base models only have 4 (tweeters and door) and the touring has 8 tweeters, door, amd rear)

Please, somebody correct me if I am wrong

Correct, the Nismo does NOT have rear speakers.

Base system does not have rears as well nor wiring for them to be powered. You DO NOT NEED rears in a car the size of the z you would have to much audio coming from the rear and it would ruin your front sound stage.

i didnt feel like i needed more audio i just wanted to make sure EVERYTHING on the car was functioning properly thanks guys!

yep, i too laughed when i faded to the rear and got nothing.

as big said it's normal and i too agree you dont need rear speakers.
