My car is a 2010 Nismo with the basic stereo unit. I was thinking about installing a Kenwood D.D. Will this trick work on a Kenwood H.U.? I read that a good adapter for the steering wheel controls is a Metra Access ASWC. If you do this trick does that mean there is no need to buy the Metra Access ASWC adapter? Thanks
