It's a nice truck, and doesn't scream "bubba"

4 Attachment(s)
Here are my self-made subs. The box volume fits the subs requirements.

Pic #1 is with the seats up. I wanted stealth when designing the boxes.
Pic #2 shows the subs.
Pic #3 shows the space required (i.e., I lifted the box).
Pic #4 shows the box (unfinished without the carpet.)

I could have gained more volume by making the boxes longer. However, the car's floor actually has 'indentations' and the existing length of the boxes fits perfectly. I also am able to remove these (obviously) if I end up having 'long-legged' passenger.

I also think the area between the inverted strut tower and the area behind the seats (where Mike put his Bazooka) will house a few 6x9 or 6.5 subs. Put 4 of those suckers there (like the JL) and it would rock.

That's where my big-azz amp is located. Also, putting s speaker in that location would require fiberglass ...can't use Mfb.

Here is my setup between the brace and seats. They are only 8's but they sound great, no crazy boom but nice fill. I'm going to swap them out soon for a pair of 10's but those boxes will be in the back somewhere.

 You know, the more I look at these, the more I think this is the best solution for bass so far in the Z. No trunk space taken, and I bet for rock and blues they kick butt
