Upgrading your battery is a very good idea if you are running anywhere around 1000 watts of amplification. However I would not choose and Optima Battery. Your best bet is

Upgrading your battery is a very good idea if you are running anywhere around 1000 watts of amplification. However I would not choose and Optima Battery. Your best bet is dry cell technology such as ones made by Stinger and Oddyessy. Those batteries will take a beating!
