MPH on nav screen?

Curious. Is there any way to bring up your current speed on the navigation system display? The portable units I have show this as part of their display. I really miss this in 2010 coupe since the speedo is tiny and off to the side.

Wish Nissan had left well alone and still had the digital speedo where that stupid MPG gauge is!

After all, who buys a 3.7L V6 then worries about the MPG
