i used 2 rolls of Rammat and 20 yards of Ensolite. I had the interior of the car completely removed and the entire inside of the car was covered. I glued the ensolite over the top of the Rammat for an additional sound barrier.
I went overkill, 1 roll would do a good job. I do recommend the Ensolite as it is too cheap to not do it.
