Hey all. This is my first post in the forums so any information on this topic would be useful. Got my 40th about 4 months ago, and love it. But I wish I could someone use BT audio with the current Bose system in the car. I have tons of music on my PC and plan to get a new MP3 player for Christmas. Something along the lines of Cowon J3 or S9. Both have BT capabilities and I would like to utilize that with the current system in the car. I found this on Sony's website and was wondering if anyone has any clue if this is the solution to my problem??
HWS-BTA2W | Bluetooth® Transmitter & Receiver | Sony | SonyStyle USA If it might work, will the steering controls still work with the bluetooth to change songs etc from the mp3 player? Also would this be a reasonably easy install for a novice, or a more complicated one to hook up this sony device to the factory stereo? Thanks, any information on the topic would be helpful. |
