Yes use the 6.5's in the front thats what size the factory door speakers are. 6.5 in the door and tweeter in the dash, no need for the 4's. For

For the subs its all personal preference. One 12 facing back is plenty loud and clear for most people but, you already have two 12's. If you really like loud base then go for it put 2 12's firing up, its up to you and your taste.
