question about aux output
They say there is not a such thing as a stupid question so here goes.
Is there such a thing as a bluetooth adapter you could plug into the aux out of the base radio to sync to your iphone to play your music. instead of having to use a cable to hook up the two. if not that would be cool |
First of all I may be completely wrong, but I don't think that is possible. The aux input that goes into the base radio is an analog signal. For you to be able to transmit a signal thru bluetooth you would need a digital signal.

If I understand your question correctly you are talking about the aux in on your radio, not the aux out.
Go to Amazon.com and search for the "Belkin F8Z492 Bluetooth Music Receiver for iPod and iPhone". It receives a bluetooth signal from your iphone and converts it to analog for your radio. There appear to be other manufacturers of similar devices, this is just the first one I ran across on Google. |
Correct there are a few of these devices but I have no idea how good they can be.
