Default Backup camera wire question -HELP

SO i am sittin gout in my garage with my laptop and a beer tying to install alot of stuff... From the Kenwood HU 6160 there is a longggg purple white wire to go to the reverse light. I looked up some other posts and the only one i could find says they hooked up to the orange wire in the trunk. I don't have an orange wire... 2010 base 6M... HELP!!!

The wire is not really orange it is a tanish orange, just look at the left tail light wires coming out of the tail light you should see it.

Yes on the left but on the rear panel if I remember there is red, green, tannish orange, and I'm not sure about the rest.
The best way to check is use a test light pick the wire you think it is probe the wire and have someone put the car in reverse if it lights up bingo you hit pay dirt.

Thanks for your help. Had alittle trouble programing the aswc control, (forced me to read the manual) but got it working and put everything back together. Mounting the camera was a PITA....
