I've been lurking over at the Avic411.com forums for the past few days since I'm picking up my Avic F90BT this weekend, and I've looked all through their background threads.

Avic F-Series 370z Custom Backgrounds
I've been lurking over at the Avic411.com forums for the past few days since I'm picking up my Avic F90BT this weekend, and I've looked all through their background threads. Since the our vehicle is new to the market, there aren't many 370z themed backgrounds.
Was wondering if anyone here had some they use, or if we can work on creating some really good ones. (And by "we", I mean those who are good with photoshop). I believe the spec for the picture is 800x480. Here's a link to some of the examples they have on the site. (you do need to register to see the pics, unfortunatley). AVIC411.com :: View topic - Share/Request F-Series Backgrounds (800x480) Based on the photoshop thread, I'm sure some nice backgrounds can come from this site. |

You don't need photoshop, unless you want to add some spice to the photos. If you simply want to scale and crop, just use MS Paint. That's what I do since I'm pretty content with most of the files out there. Since most backgrounds are distracting (unless it's a splash screen on power up), I like to darken the photo to make it less noticeable.
